4. CONTACT PROSPECTS

I’ll market your property to my expansive database of local Real Estate professionals and prospective buyers.

5. OFFLINE MARKETING

I’ll create full-color marketing materials highlighting your property’s best features and install a highly visible yard sign on your property.

6. SEE & BE SEEN

I’ll help schedule showing appointments with prospective buyers and communicate with you regularly on feedback, suggestions and up to date information on our competition.

7. NEGOTIATE CONTRACT

I’ll negotiate with the buyer or buyer’s agent on your behalf to get to agreeable terms and finalize the agreement.

8. CONTRACT TO CLOSE

I’ll get you to the closing table, negotiating on your behalf throughout the process from home inspection to appraisal.

9. DONE DEAL
